Saratoga Independent School Spring Tour Days

Saratoga Independent School welcomes prospective families to visit the school during their Spring Tours Days from March 22nd through March 25th.

Come see Saratoga’s top-rated independent school, Saratoga Independent School (S.I.S.). S.I.S.  provides an excellent education to students in Pre-K through Eighth Grade. Enrollment has begun for the 2021-22 school year. 

During the Spring Tour Days, prospective families will have an opportunity to meet Lisa Brown, Head of School, as well as other faculty and staff in a safe way. Members of our faculty will take families on private tours of our campus from the outside, discuss our curriculum, and answer questions about our school.  S.I.S. is also welcoming families to request a virtual tour of the school. This is an excellent opportunity to see what S.I.S. has to offer.

Maple Weekend at Sugar Oak Farms

Come see how real, pure New York maple syrup is made in a small family setting. This unique weekend is sure to be a fun - but safe - time for the entire family!

We will offering ongoing tours throughout the day, in addition to the following scheduled events:

11 am: Tapping Demonstration
12 pm: Sawmill Demonstration
1 pm: Tapping Demonstration
2 pm: Sugarbush Walk

Masks are required and indoor capacity limits are in place. Hand sanitizer will be readily available.

Wilton Easter Egg Hunt Saturday April 3

Bring your Easter basket and lets go on an Easter Egg Hunt at the Wilton YMCA!

Play some fun Easter games, potatoes sack races, hula hoop toss and balancing egg race. Take the opportunity to get a picture with our Easter Bunny! Don't forget to bring your camera. Every kid will leave with a bag of treats.

The Saratoga Springs Area Preschool Fair 1/9

The Saratoga Area Preschool Fair will be held via Zoom and include many area preschools on Saturday, January 9th from 10-11:30am.

Preschool representatives will be available to answer questions and provide information about their schools and programs.

Tree Lighting and Santa Sightings!

Downtown Saratoga is getting lit up for the Holidays. ​The new holiday Streetscapes theme includes a professionally lit 19 ft. White Spruce that sits in front of Putnam Market at the center of the City. Enjoy sixty 6-ft. trees, decorated with warm white lights that stand in front of storefronts throughout the downtown Saratoga area brightly lighting up the streets for the holiday season.

While Santa won’t be in his cottage this year, his traditional downtown home will once again sit on Broadway next to the 19-ft. Spruce and local children are invited to bring their letters to Santa and deposit them in Santa’s mailbox on the front of the cottage.

As an alternative to in-person visits with Santa the Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association  is bringing Santa to the children of Saratoga Springs!

On six dates prior to Christmas, children are invited to catch a glimpse of Santa as he travels through Saratoga neighborhoods atop a Tower Ladder fire truck!

Personalized letter for your child from Santa: with this option you provide the child’s name and something your child has on their holiday list to be included in the letter to make it personalized. Price: $3.00

Facetime with Santa for Saturday, December 5th (9:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. : Santa will FaceTime the child for 5 minutes in the time frame selected. Price: $15.00
