13th Annual "Hoops at the Common"

July 28, 2017 Jenny O'Keefe

The Town of Clifton Park is hosting our 13th Annual "Hoops at the Common" on Tuesday, August 1st from 6-8pm as part of National Night Out. Come join your neighbors for kid friendly activities including a free basketball clinic and shooting contest.

All across the United States, municipalities of all sizes host events and activities encouraging residents to have fun and meet their hometown law enforcement officers, firefighters and EMT’s. Clifton Park invites you and your family to share in a family-safety day every year on National Night Out.

This year, the “Hoops at the Common”, will provide a free evening of basketball and scavenger hunt activities for our local children. There will be a basketball clinic and shooting contest for children ages 6 to 12. In addition, numerous first responder organizations will be on hand to help guide and educate our youth during the first responder scavenger hunt.

Win prizes in all "Hoops at the Common" age groups, free t-shirt for the first children registered, and free raffle prizes!
