Programs Offered:

Environmental Scientists: Week 1 (July 6 - 10)

Divya will educate your child through fun and creative projects and help them be responsible future citizens by introducing them to Environmental Science. Environmental science combines Biology, Ecology, Geology and more. These environmental science projects will help kids of all ages learn more about the natural world through hands-on projects. We will be working on group projects to build bat boxes to help bats as they play a key role in our ecosystem and other fun projects such as making a terrarium mini garden.

Visual Arts: Week 6 (August 10 - 14)

Get ready to get creative! During this visual arts camp with Tatiana, children will be introduced to a range of artistic styles and mediums while learning about famous artists and their work. We’ll be doing different projects each day through explorations of drawing, painting, ceramics, mixed media, collage, and more!

All About Australia: Week 7 (August 17 - 21)

Learning about Australia can be lots of fun! This is a fantastic country (and continent) to study. With Tatiana, children will learn about some amazing animals as well as different cultures. Come along with us as we head down under for some Aussie fun! Make boomerangs that work, turn your classroom into a cave, make music with a didgeridoo, and wrap up the week with some Aboriginal Face Painting!

Stitch Fix: Week 8 (August 24 - 28)

Sewing and knitting may be an old-fashioned skill but during our week-long summer camp with Tatiana, the children will learn and practice basic skills needed to make simple projects using their own hands. We’ll begin with sewing so your child can use those basic sewing skills to finish or decorate many of the other projects during this week!

Summer Bakery: Week 2 (July 13 - 17)

Cooking is an art, but baking...ooh, that's science. With Divya we will be baking all kinds of savory and sweet treats, from bread to cakes and from breakfast to dinner, we will learn how various ingredients perform an important role in baking. Campers can sharpen their culinary skills as it is going to be a week of unforgettable fun, learning and of course eating yummy food.

Make a Splash with S.T.E.A.M.: Week 3 (July 20 - 24)

Water balloons, giant bubbles and geysers, Oh My! If it involves water and S.T.E.A.M., we're doing it! With Sarah, campers will use the engineering process and plenty of creativity to produce messy masterpieces with indoor and outdoor activities. What could be more fun than bringing the water park to the classroom?

Crafts and Creativity: Week 4 (July 27 - 31)

Calling all crafty kids! Crafts and Creativity camp with Sarah will nurture the creative spirit with plenty of craft supplies and original ideas. While first being lots of fun, creative experiences help children express feelings, fosters mental growth, and provides opportunities to try out

new ideas. Campers will have the tools needed to spark imagination and creative play. Craft on!

Junior Chef: Week 5 (August 3 - 7)

In the Junior Chef camp with Sarah, kids will learn how fun and easy cooking can be! Campers will make delicious recipes as they learn to use different kitchen tools and follow a recipe. Most importantly, they'll learn how to cook up some fun in the kitchen!

Preventing the Summer Slide: All Summer Afternoons (July 6 - Aug 28)

The goal of this afternoon program is to stop what is widely known as the summer slide. As parents approach the summer break, many are thinking about the family vacation, how to keep children engaged in activities at home, the abrupt changes to everyone's schedule—and how to juggle it all. What they might not be focusing on is how much educational ground their children could lose during the two-month break from school, particularly when it comes to reading. Experts agree that children who read during the summer gain reading skills, while those who do not often slide backward. Within this program, students will receive individualized reading, writing and math instruction to maintain their current level of academic ability and support an increase in any areas of need.

The summer camp provides an experience which will offer an opportunity for cooperation, independence and discovery for each child. A caring, committ􏰂ed and experienced staff will guide the children in a safe, suppor􏰀ve, and structured environment.
