Chianti Ristorante: Mini City Date Night Review
On Monday Jennifer, our lovely Mini City Magazine columnist, waved buh-bye to the kiddos and babysitter and headed out for a little date night at Chianti Ristorante. Keep reading to see what she thought of their brand new "Presto" Happy Hour...
We just had the loveliest evening sampling from Chianti Ristorante's new "Presto" Happy Hour menu, a selection of small plate dishes and signature cocktails. Everything we tried from the sweet, cloud-like burrata to the melt-in-your-mouth tender filet skewers, the earthy, hearty bolognese and (my favorite) the bright and fresh eggplant ragu was delicious.
I was a big fan of the Autumn Daze cocktail and my husband Nick loved the 1911 Spirits Apple Cider Donut Hard Cider. We managed to save room for the gnocchi frito dolce, and I'd advise anyone to do the same. The small plates concept is a winning idea for this well-run, warm and welcoming restaurant. I can't think of a nicer way to end a long day.
Many, many thanks to the whole Chianti team!
