The North Country SPCA Annual Open House will take place August 10, 2019 from 10am-2pm. This free event will have a craft fair, food and drink available for purchase, face painting and a bouncy house, NYS Police Canine Demos, the Essex County Animal Rescue Van, free adoptions for adult animals pending approval of application, micro chipping ($20), nail clipping and rabies clinic ($5 suggested donation for each). This event is free with services and items available for purchase and donation.
