The Hhotthouse Fall Family Fun Day is a celebration of people, community, plants and wildlife, and will feature a complete range of activities for kids and adults alike. There will be demonstrations from the Adirondack Wildlife Refuge, pumpkin and face painting, a bounce house, live music and food. In addition, local artist Mary Lou Reid will have a display of garden art, there will be door prizes and discounts on select Hhotthouse items throughout the day.
There will be musical performances by Keith Gorgas, singer/songwriter of Americana, from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by local favorites, The Dust Bunnies from noon to 2 p.m. Food will be provided for sale by the Masons Whiteface Mountain Lodge #789 of the Free Accepted Masons.
The event is open to the public, and will take place rain or shine, with plenty of indoor space in the event of inclement weather.
