The Saratoga Balloon & Craft Festival is Fri. June 16th until Sunday, Jun 18th at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds, 162 Prospect Street Ballston Spa. Admission is: Adults $10; Child 3 - 15 $5, under 2 FREE.
