The Family Fire Feast on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 13th at Pitney Meadows Community Farm will offer families the opportunity to enjoy locally grown foods cooked by a new generation of local chefs in their live open fire pits.
Enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, kite-flying, games, demonstrations by mounted Saratoga Springs police, and hands-on activities for all ages. Served in their open-air "high tunnel," this festive fall event -- supporting programs for children at Pitney Meadows -- will begin at noon and run through 4 p.m. Entertainment by local artists Corry Loveday and Elizabeth Woodbury Kasius and Heard will be performed throughout the day. Pitney Meadows Community Farm is located at 223 West Avenue in Saratoga Springs.
