On Thursday, October 11th head to the Children's Room at the Saratoga Springs Public Library and design, draw, color and name your own silly monsters just in time to start decorating for Halloween! Use their templates and create a one-of-a-kind crazy character to help get you in the spirit. Designed for grades K-5. Come anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. No registration required.
