On Saturday, June 2, 2018 the Junior League of Albany will host their third annual Touch-A-Truck fundraiser. Touch-A-Truck is a family fun day offering kids of all ages a hands on experience with big trucks. Again this year, we’ll have 30-40 different vehicles that children and adults can touch, sit in, honk horns, and get to know the people who drive them. We will also have food, radio, entertainment, vendors, raffles and a bounce houses. The event will be held in the Gold State Parking Lot at the SUNY Albany campus (1400 Washington Avenue).
Timing for June 2nd:
10:00 AM – Registration Opens, event begins
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – “Horn Free Hours” sponsored by Carter’s Crew
3:00 PM – Event Wrap Up
** Event will be held rain or shine
All funds raised from Touch-A-Truck support the mission of the Junior League of Albany, which is to promote volunteerism, develop the potential of women, and improve our local community. Our current issue areas are alleviating hunger and improving wellness among women and children in the Capital District.
