It's party time as the Saratoga Farmers' Market kicks off their 3rd season of the POWER OF PRODUCE CLUB FOR KIDS with the generous support of the Christopher Dailey Foundation! On Wed, June 27, 3-6 pm at High Rock Park, children and families are invited to a FREE concert by The Zucchini Brothers and lots of free, fun activities and food tastings. At our POP Club tent, we'll be making fruit and yogurt cones with even more free activities hosted by our friends at the Saratoga Springs Public Library and Northeast Parent & Child Society. Mr. Twisty will be twisting up fun and fantastic balloons. Plus, children ages 5-12 will receive a $2 POP coin and their first stamp in their POP Passport!!!
POP Club is a free, 12-week program every Wednesday at the farmers' market. Children may show up any time between 3-6 pm to participate in a fun activity, earn their $2 POP coin, and get a stamp in their POP Passport (4 stamps = a prize!). It's all about farm, food, and nutrition education for all ages and abilities!
