The Annual Pancake Breakfast & Maple Festival is this Sunday, March 3rd at 9am at Up Yonda Farm, Environmental Education Center. There will be guided tours of their sugar house and demonstrations of the sugar making process. A variety of locally produced maple products will be available to sample and purchase.
Visitors can also enjoy a hearty breakfast prepared by their talented Naturalists. The menu will include: pancakes with real maple syrup, sausage, eggs, bacon, home fries, orange juice and coffee.
Limited seating is available for breakfast and reservations are required. The fee for breakfast is $7 per person, $5 members. Registration can be done online by clicking the button below:
