Join Northshire Bookstore for an interactive yoga story time and book signing with author and yoga instructor Betty Larrea on Friday, July 5th at 10:30am. The author will share her book "Lucinda's Magical Yoga Adventure" and take children on a magical yoga adventure with Lucinda, as they pretend to "be" the animals and characters they meet in the story. All they need is a little imagination to discover their connection to themselves, their bodies and the world around them. Betty will read the book and guide children through a series of fun yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises.
This event is for suggested for children age 2 and up, and their families. Free and open to the public, no registration required. Northshire Bookstore is located at 424 Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
