The Children’s Museum of Saratoga and Coral & Blue Paper Co. - local children’s stationery company, are teaming up again this year to celebrate the great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through a reading and writing event for kids on Monday, January 20th from 10:30-11:30am at the Children’s Museum of Saratoga. The event is perfect for elementary aged kids, 1st-5th grade.
After the book reading, we’ll help the kids write thank you notes to Dr. King for his heroism and activism. Ashley Campbell, founder of Coral & Blue Paper Co., will supply her signature elementary-lined children’s stationery, art supplies and plenty of help. Their letters of gratitude will be displayed on the walls of the children’s museum throughout the month of February to commemorate Dr. King and to celebrate Black History Month. This event is free and open to the public.
